BEING and BECOMING Workshop
Making and Embracing Change
Exploring opportunities in a new and creative way.
Saturday 2 June 10am – 4pm
This unique workshop will give you the opportunity to take some time to explore aspects of yourself and your life using the Tamalpa Life / Art process. Whether change has been thrust upon you or you are deciding to make changes in your life, you can discover new ways to access your body, your imagination, thoughts and feelings and tap into your personal potential. Using movement and dance, drawing, writing and dialogue you’ll access your own creativity and discover new insights and resources to inspire and support you.
Absolutely no previous movement or arts experience is required………and it’s fun!

The workshop will take place at: Stockbridge Parish Church Hall, 7B Saxe Coburg Street, Edinburgh, EH3 5BN.
All art materials will be provided. Loose and comfortable clothing should be worn.
